Yabby Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms govern every account opened with Yabby. Read them before you deposit, and check back periodically since we update sections as products and payment rails change.
Who Can Open a Yabby Account
You must be at least 19 years old to register with Yabby, regardless of the province you play from. We verify age and identity before releasing any withdrawal, and we reserve the right to request government-issued ID, a proof of address, and a payment method confirmation at any point. One account per person, per household, and per payment method is the rule: duplicate accounts get merged or closed, and any bonus funds tied to duplicates are forfeited.
There is no single national regulator overseeing online gambling across every Canadian province. Rules differ by province, and it is your responsibility to know what applies where you live before you play. Yabby operates under an international gaming licence. The specific licence number and issuing authority, along with the registered company name behind Yabby, are published in the site footer. Please confirm both there before you deposit.
Bonus Terms That Apply to Every Offer
Every promotional credit, free spin batch, or cashback offer runs on its own set of conditions, but a few rules apply across the board. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them carry a playthrough requirement before they can be withdrawn. Games contribute to that requirement at different rates: slots typically count in full, while table games and live dealer titles usually count at a reduced percentage or not at all. Maximum bet sizes apply while a bonus is active, and placing a bet above that cap can void the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonuses expire if unused within the stated window, usually visible in your account dashboard next to the offer itself. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active and incomplete may cancel the remaining bonus balance. Full mechanics for the current welcome offer live on the Bonus page, and ongoing cashback structure is detailed on Promotions.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Rules
Accounts are held in CAD. Deposits via Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDT are processed under the payment method's own timing: Interac transfers typically clear within minutes, card deposits are close to instant, and crypto deposits depend on network confirmation times. Withdrawals are only released to the same method used for deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-fraud measure. This means Interac deposits are paired with Interac withdrawals, and crypto deposits with crypto cashouts to the same wallet address.
Before any withdrawal is paid out, we run identity and payment verification. This can include a request for a government photo ID, a selfie holding that ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and screenshots confirming ownership of a crypto wallet. Withdrawal requests are reviewed during business hours and processing times vary by method. Full details on limits, fees and expected timing by payment type are on the Payments page.
| Method | Currency | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Interac e-Transfer | CAD | Deposits and withdrawals for Canadian bank accounts |
| Visa / Mastercard | CAD | Deposits only in most cases |
| Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT | Crypto equivalent of CAD balance | Deposits and fast withdrawals |
Account Conduct and Fair Play
Accounts must be used personally and cannot be transferred, sold, or accessed on behalf of someone else. We monitor for patterns associated with bonus abuse, matched betting between linked accounts, and the use of banned betting strategies designed to lock in risk-free profit on a bonus. Any account found using these methods can have winnings voided and the account closed. Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or attempts to reverse a legitimate deposit will result in an immediate account freeze while we investigate.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for the security of the email address and device linked to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately so we can lock the account while the situation is reviewed.
Limits, Self-Exclusion and Account Closure
You can set deposit limits, session reminders, or request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed early just because you change your mind days later; there is a minimum cooling-off period built in specifically so the tool works as intended. Players who feel gambling is becoming a problem should also reach out to ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600 or visit https://www.connexontario.ca/ for free, confidential support available across Canada. More on the tools available is covered on Responsible Gaming.
We reserve the right to close or suspend an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or if required by a payment provider or banking partner. Where a balance exists on a closed account and no policy violation is involved, remaining real-money funds are returned using the original payment method.
Changes to These Terms
We update these terms as game providers, payment partners, or regulatory guidance change. Continued use of your account after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes affecting bonuses or withdrawals are flagged on the relevant page, such as Bonus or Payments, and significant updates may also be emailed to registered players.
